Type 1 diabetes is the only diabetes type that is a disease of no insulin, and untreated type 1 diabetics do get emaciated. No amount of food will keep fat on them. Type 2 diabetes is a disease of too much insulin for too long, until it stops working as well. So type 2 diabetics are usually fat, and usually can't get much fatter without pharmaceutical help.

Adipose tissue is dense, much denser than muscle tissue which is about 75% water. Why is Justin saying the opposite? (Having more bf% allows you to drop more water & thus allows greater compensation for the lifting event)🤔 what am I misunderstanding?

From my experience I’m weaker on low carb but I have way more endurance and get extremely vascular. It’s not like cardio endurance, more like I can lift weights for hours daily. On high carb I’m way waaaay stronger, make gains in strength/size faster as well, but get tired faster.
