Try this first: -Disable Some Useless Programs at Startup -Update Drivers -Change Pagefile Size -Defragment Hard Drives What windows 10 your using home or pro? The solution that I did to my laptop are upgrade memory and install SSD. And reformat it to Windows 10 Pro because for some reason there's a problem with windows 10 home that makes your computer really slow

Partly it will run smooth because all the software that you installed will be remove. But over the when you install again your software functioning goes back to what it was unless you upgrade your memory and ssd
