On August 2nd, I gave my first F1 visa interview. Unfortunately, I was misled by a consultancy that persuaded me to include a fake job experience certificate in my DS-160 application. Although I never mentioned the fake job during my visa interview, the consultancy had me include it in the application. Initially, my visa was approved, and my passport was taken for stamping. However, two days later, I received a call from the embassy regarding the fake job experience certificate. On August 29th, my case was placed under administrative processing, and I was called in for an interrogation. Despite the initial situation, the interview turned out to be very positive. The officers appreciated my talent, my strong academic profile, and my honesty during the session. During the interrogation, I also shared information about fraudulent consultancies and scams related to visa slots, explaining the technical details behind these practices. The officers at the Kolkata embassy seemed impressed, even taking notes as I explained everything. They acknowledged my genuineness and were almost ready to grant me the visa. While I was in the embassy, my partner, who was waiting outside, was also called in and questioned about her relationship with me. They discovered that we are planning to get married and learned that she had been rejected twice in her previous F1 visa interviews. Despite my efforts, this factor seemed to weigh heavily on their decision, and ultimately, they rejected my application under section 214(b), citing concerns about ties to the home country. On December 12, I attended my second F1 visa interview after administrative processing, but unfortunately, I was rejected again. My partner, however, successfully received her visa approval on December 16, 2024, during her third attempt. Now, we are left with many questions and uncertainties. I’m not sure if my profile has been blacklisted or if there are any negative remarks on my record. Our only intention is to pursue a valuable degree from a reputed university and return to our home country. We have no intention of staying in the U.S. long-term. We’ve been together for a long time, and we simply wish to continue supporting each other through this phase of our lives. I would appreciate your guidance on what steps I should take next to improve my chances of visa approval and move forward. Please help me and give me a quick answer

My interview was 20-DEC-2024, interview was successful and they kept my passport, but its been more than 3 weeks and I've got no response yet. Even when I check the CEAC visa status, it still shows as "Ready" (for interview), despite the last update being on 30-DEC-2024. What could be the reason for this and what can I do to get an update from the Embassy?
