Would you feel comfortable riding in a train going 180 miles per hour? It was definitely an interesting experience.
Yall have me looking into a trip with my little to Japan
@@heleanacoleman8992 you should totally do it!! It is definitely a place for the kiddos. You all would enjoy it!
Tokyo is like New York😂
@@heleanacoleman8992 😂😂😂 Exactly what I thought! Tough shell on the outside but when interacting personally and away from communiting they were pretty nice. Just like folks in New York. 😂😂😂
Found a good recipe. Made homemade meatballs with hamburger and bread pieces. I save old bread for this now and freeze it. Baked the meatballs until almost done. Put them and onions in crockpot. Put six boullion cubes in 2 cups of water then put it into the microwave. Dissolve boullion cubes. Put a little cornstarch in it. Pour it over the meatballs. Later, I put in milk if needed. Left it all day. So good. Cheaper than buying meatballs. Uses up old bread. Put it over mashed potatoes. Online ideas from a couple of peoplenwho made this with frozen meatballs. They used a package of brown dry gravy mix too. Man, so good. Julia Pacheco and Mamas kitchen.
@@brg2743 I love this!!! Thank you for the recommendation! I will definitely try it. Also, thank you for watching! ♥️

You certainly had a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Osaka!
@@nowgaku thank you!! We are enjoying it so much here. Still a few more weeks to go and so much to see. It is overwhelming. LOL! Thank you for watching!
Experienced any discrimination over there?
@@John-nb6ep none at all! We are in a smaller town outside of Osaka and everyone has been super sweet, especially with the kiddos. I highly recommend coming here to visit.
@@daveandtiff I'm happy to hear that. I heard Korea has a worse reputation for things like that and boldly.
I Love y'all's new home for the month❤️... Keep going fam!!!
Thank you so much for watching and for the encouragement! It's been a really cool experience so far. ♥
Ava stole the show on this one! Way to go Niecey!
@@EvolGolf she totally did! 😂 She will definitely be a youtube star once she hits 18, she told us that. LOL
Beni Imu, right?! Isn’t that the purple sweet potatoes?! Awwww maaaannn!!! I wanna gooooo!!!

Maybe in the future you guys can do a small add on, your daughter can have her own space
@@sweezs4874 we are no longer in this space but she did have the bedroom to herself. If we do this again in the future, we would definitely make sure her and the little one (toddler) have their own space. 😁 Thank you for watching!
Loving the journey. Convinced me to downsize from a 2 bedroom to a studio
@@JibrayahChanai Yay!! I am so happy to hear this. The money saved is well worth it! Also, less space to clean. 😁 Thank you for sticking with us. ❤️

I love these videos. I’m following this journey. Now please tell me you didn’t eat whatever that was?!!! 😮
@@Jess_SayYes18 hi love!! Thank you so much for watching! I did and it was so yummy!! The flakes react to the heat and move around. It's just dried fish. But at first, I was like, heckkkkkk no! 😂
The virtual check-in was cool! Moving or not, the Okonomiaki looked good!!🤣🤷🏾♂️
@@EvolGolf 😂😂😂 it definitely grew on me and was so yummy. I have a phobia of things wiggling. 🤣

That Ramen looked GOOD!😋 And Google Translate is clutch!💯😂 Great vid, fam!
@@EvolGolf that Ramen!! They don't sale them everywhere, so I need to stock up. LOL! Thank you for watching!! ❤️
I don't blame you for the stairs being a dealbreaker in that airbnb! The stairs in the netherlands are tretcherous like this too. I don't understand how people live by risking their entire lives every time they want to go outside lol.
@@FaeiryneFaun girl yes!!! Risking lives is spot on! 😂 I already have a hard time walking up and down US home stairs. With the high, narrow homes in the Netherlands, I can't imagine those stairs. Thank you so much for watching! ❤️
I think as a kid you won’t notice the steep stairs. My entire childhood and adulthood I was living at the top floor in Amsterdam. Never thought about it until this video/comment.
@@bmdfragile I've lived in 4 countries and I swear it was the first thing that I noticed while house hunting here haha! Nowhere else is like this. The elevators in greece being comically small is another.
You are so right! As a kid, you don't notice those things if it is the norm. I have to get the little one used to them.
Hey, we both posted about Nishinari on the same day! Nice
@@jdandyfilms hi there!!! That is so cool! We'll have to check yours out. We love seeing everyone's perspectives on the same topic. 😁
@@daveandtiff I hope you enjoy it! Your video is great!
@jdandyfilms we really enjoyed it. We loved all of the background info around the neighborhood! You have a new subscriber! Keep up the great work.
Did you all know Japan had a slum?! Also, the lady at the end was so sad to see us leave. She was the first neighbor we met when we arrived. It made our hearts smile knowing she welcomed us. ❤️
What is your favorite "easy" go-to meal on a busy or lazy day?
Looks so yummy keep it up❤❤❤
@@MattMalek-tr7yn thank you so much. We appreciate you watching!

@@Highlyflying thank you so much!! I couldn't believe how yummy it was. Thank you for watching!
Yooo this is Tony from Western Asset! Haha will look forward to Japan posts! I'll prob visit next year! Been there twice this year, love it
@@ValhallaHLL Hey!!! Great hearing from you. Thank you for watching and yes, we have more coming. Japan is amazing. This place definitely exceeded our expectations.
I am sorta worried about them growing up spoiled but also, i am envious of them 😂 Disclaimer: i have only seen this short so can't truly judge and my parents were too far in another direction, first pizza i ate was bought with my own money.
@@angrydragonslayer I totally get it! In the states, they never ate McDonald's and only Dominos once in a blue moon. I think they are gravitating to what makes them comfortable. They are slowly opening up. And good for you! Now as a stay at home mom, I can focus on cooking more instead getting food on the go because of time, etc.
Absolutely love following ya’ll journey!
@@EvolGolf thank you so much for the support! ❤️ Much love!
Veggies and fruits are non negotiable! We have to put our foot down somewhere. 😂 How do you handle picky kiddos while traveling?
so many missed opportunities and its so cheap so if they don't like it they could just get the mc donalds after.
@@TomaLau-sz8jy I agree!! Try the new food first and then get something else later. They are getting a little more adventurous. This experience should definitely change their mind with all of the great food options here.
Thank you for watching! Have you been to the Dotombori District? What were your favorite things to do?
😂 At first it seems awesome. Until you smack your forehead when trying to go to the restroom at 2am because you are still half a sleep.

Did you know you shrink as you age (lose height) 😂
@@Crux161 hahaha!! So true! I better enjoy this moment.
Yeah. That's what I heard too, and as the midget of the family, was looking quite a bit forward to it. Problem is, the fuckers just won't shrink. You're pushing 70 and your back is broken! Shrink already!! 😭 (They also told me my blonde hair would turn brown by 12... still waiting mom)
