Thank you so much! As said in the description, it is prerecorded, but we also noticed that on some devices the audio and video are not completely in sync. We can't do anything about it unfortunately.

What's the point of the earpieces if you're just going to lipsync (& obviously so)?
Thank you for your question - we can see that this might be a bit technical and therefore more difficult to understand, so we will do our best to explain. 😊 When making a video clip, people record the audio (what you hear) separately from the video (what you see) - and as you can read in the description, this is what we did too. For some reason, on some devices, the audio and video are out of sync (this means there is a latency for either audio or video) and this is what causes it to look a bit off. We use the video (what you see) to show people what they can expect our performances to look like. This includes microphones and in-ear monitors. Hopefully this makes it easier for you to understand! ☺
