Using time in the material sphere : Going from London to Brighton takes about 45 mins by car. Cooking a nice meal takes about an hour. But using time in thee Psychological/Spiritual sphere. I have a problem with jealousy or getting angry or i wanna become enlightened using time to sort these issues is a total waste of energy. They can only be realised or sorted in the here and now.
