I lived in sun valley for 25 years i am back in long beach now but plan on moving back to ketchum area soon. Thanks for the video guys!
Nice 🤙🏽
Love this
Cute video I subs..also thanks all
Dude you are like a ship captain! I love it!
Haha it's all fun and games until I fall out of the boat lol
That base to final turn was majestic!
Haha thanks man!
2 legit 2 quit
Nice video. Looks like you had a little unintended fun at Sunbeam Dam. I'm thinking about getting one of these in a fly-fishing configuration and it looks like it will do the job.
Glad you found the video helpful! Yep, it was a "fun" 8 or so minutes for sure. Excited to take it back out next season.
I have one set up for fishing . It is a great 2 man boat
@@nunya5928 I just got mine a month ago. Haven't been on the water yet, but it's ready to go at first opportunity!
Awesome video 👍🏻 I’m thinking about getting one of these rafts for fishing and was curious about your thoughts on how the boat handles slower water. It looks very stable with 3 men in it so I’m not worried about that just curious about how you think it would row for longer stretches of flat water. Also does the floor touch the water or is it suspended above the water. Any answers or insight would be greatly appreciated
Hey Jonathan, it handles ok in slower water. It tends to get turned around pretty easily when wind picks up. Are you planning to put a rowing frame into it? That would probably be a better way to go to have more maneuverability. The bottom of the boat does touch the water.
@@kevinflyboy777 yea I’m wanting to buy the orvis hookjaw raft. It’s a high five raft in dark green and has a nrs frame. I figured it would be good for some bigger rivers and smaller water we have here in Alabama. It will be primarily a solo boat but also want room for an occasional passenger. The videos of yours I’ve watched it looks like the raft checks all the boxes I need. Thanks for the reply and info. Another question I had was about the weight of the raft. I’m new to rafts and I’m trying to learn all I can. I was looking at the orvis boat and a catchercraft boat but the catchercraft has maxxon raft and it is lighter but I think I’m wanting the heavier pvc. Does the raft feel as strong as it looks? Because it looks like a tank!!! Also I’m a fairly big guy over 6’ and well north of 250lbs I’m a little nervous about standing on the raft but this video made me feel better about it with the two guys up front. You think the boat will have a problem supporting me standing and fishing? Again thank you for the response and help and thank you for any information or advice you might have
@@jonathancrew5041 it's a pretty solid boat! The only possible thing I would mention is the drop stitch floor can make it a little more wobbly when standing up. It's like a stand up paddle board. But if you can balance it shouldn't be a problem. Also the heavier weight with a frame should keep it more stable. It's only 87lbs on its own without a frame.
@@jonathancrew5041 did you end up getting the Hookjaw? Your reasons behind getting one very similar to mine. Mostly used solo for now but nice to have passenger space.
Awesome footage and great water. What section of the Lochsa is this. I am running the section from the White Sand camp to Indian grave this weekend. Is that the same section?
Thank you! This was over 2 days and we did White Pine to Knife Edge I believe. It was a great time for sure! Enjoy your trip!
Very good! 🙂🙂🙂
Use of an audio cable would've made this video great.
Cool
Helpful hint keep center line of runway lined up with right shoulder when your on short final and you will be lined up just right

Great cover!
Good song choice - keep it up :)
@eorroxsox Thanks! I appreciate it.
really liked it, great sound
@johnkew I have, but unfortunately I live in an apartment so noise is an issue. I would love to have something even remotely close to your setup though!
Nice playing man. Have you played acoustic drums before?
awesome cover!!
Great job on the cover, and the awkwardness of the other guy was very LOL
Sweet beats man, i want more cowbell tho
