What is the footmuff that is available for this stroller I was told by Cybex rep that this stroller does not have a footmuff or seat cover available, which is one of the reasons why we returned ours. Not just because of the lack of convenient accessories like the Uppababy Cruz v2, the stroller seemed to be too wide making it a little difficult to navigate narrow store/grocery aisles, shorter seat and calf rest, difficult in closing, seat material felt too harsh/rough, canopy lacked good ventilation like the Nuna Tavo Next, and no travel bag, but the main reason is because of the lack of accessories for this style stroller unlike the Uppababy Cruz v2 & Nuna strollers have. Another feature I missed was the adjustable height canopy for taller babies/kids like the Uppababy. I don't like the Uppababy Cruz v2 because the seat is not a flat seat, the kid is in a deep hole with their legs up and it just doesn't look comfortable for them to sleep in. The stroller did glide/drive like a dream (better than the Cruz v2 and Nuna actually) though, but for the items listed above, lack of good reputation/reviews, lower end on the spectrum, is why we returned ours, which is a shame because the suspension was awesome.

Is the carry cot compatible with the previous version of the Balios S stroller? I just bought the 2019 model but all the carry cots I can find (Carry Cot S) say they're compatible with the balios S lux

How do I assemble the second piece? I dont have a frame for that!
