Bugera 333XL & Precision Drive Jam Session
Love the sound of this thing.
There is one for sale locally for not much money. Should be perfect for a first amp.
@anthonyhoughton6625 there good Amps
@@rocksmonsterriffs nice one.
Just picked one up for $100. Pots are really bad, gonna try WD-40 on it, i hear a Beast in this thing trying to break out
@EmperorKamikaze there is pretty cool amps
Great head, I’ve had one since the local music store brought them in eons ago. It was fantastic for our rhythm guitarist back in the gigging days. The crazy thing is you really don’t need anything in front because it has the tube driver circuit built in.
right pretty aggressive
I still have one of these. Bought it in the 80s and it' still rocks (or blues or jazz and more)
Very Cool Amp , So I looked into this amp and Model. I thought it was a guitar for a long time. Apparently, it's a bass amp😂 My dad picked it up at a pawn shop when I was 14 years old Still have it today
@@otheroddities168 They did a six string and bass versions
Sounds like a Korn tone
Is it pretty sick pedal very underrated
what was that shift thing? haha it just ruined the sound. It sounds good in overdrive channel with a little gain + boost. Good for punk rock
It's a very versatile amp
I remember I used to have a 15W Ibanez ToneBlaster TB15R as a kid and I remember loving the sound of it. It was my 1st amp ever and I regret getting rid of it when I upgraded for a bigger amp. I loved the tone it had when playing low tuned guitar, and I don't know what about it made it sound so good but I can't seem to be able to reproduce it with much more powerful tube amps with cabs with multiple large speakers. Sometimes I wish I could get my hands on one to verify whether it's my memory playing tricks on it or it really does sound like what I cannot achieve on what would be universally considered vastly better amps, and if it does, then how to figure out what about it makes the sound that I liked. It's hard for me to describe and I feel like nobody gets what I'm trying to describe (or rather, they understand the words but associate it with some other aspects of the tone than the ones I'm trying to refer to and there's a miscommunication as a result) but it has this very rumbly, thick grained, moist, rubbly sound, as if trembling when playing tuned to B standard or lower. Sometimes I wonder if this is not what others describe as the undesirable "farting out" by amps/cabs that "can't handle" low tunings, but I could internet thr "farting out" as some other phenomena happening... I'm lost.
It's a very cool low budget amp
The OCD is providing more harmonics, depending on LP or HP. The TS-9 is also, but it’s very tight. Not compressed, just the harmonics are much more subdued in the TS-9.
right on OCD has a very unique sound
Could buy one right now with the cab for 300 Canadian but I’ll pass
Price not to bad
Tenho o mesmo porem de 100 w
That mud killer made a huge difference on the crunch channel. Maybe, run an x pattern with the Sheffield and wgs speakers for a better result with the first cab…are the v30’s in the Egnater cab mic or uk made?
I'll try an X pattern next time I like the wgs. I'm going to try the reaper wgs speakers next. On the egnater there are not UK v-30s .. thanks for stopping by and checking out the video 🤘
I’ve got the left handed version of this ltd b206 SM BASS
there awesome basses
That's a nice fucking jam room dude. Wow. I lerarned about this pedal from the same Knocked Loose Rig Rundown
its a sick ass pedal
Thanks for this video. Ok so this pedal is really a Clone of ISP Decimator ? filtering the noise out, not just between notes but even during playing ... ? So the noise is still in the Sound or not? Thanks
I don't her her it live or in recordings
Crowbar vibes! Just picked up this little guy. Interested to hear how it pans out
hell yeah sweet
Question the H100 foot pedal what cables do I buy for replacement cables ? I just got a second head unit and no cables with the foot switch.
need to get balance 1/4 cables you can still find them on reverb or stew mac or eBay
@@rocksmonsterriffs cheers mate
@@rocksmonsterriffs would a stereo trs cable from a music shop be the same thing?
@@jacqueskisling8241 not sure it might work
Are you plugging in the way huge swollen pickle into mixer? If so, how ? If you don't mind.
its going through the input on amp I'm using captor X TO INTERFACE
What is your settings on the crunch and lead channels I have the same bugera 333xl and I really like your tone thanks
I cant remember but ill look I have them somewhere I always keep pics or notes down on settings when it sounds pretty good
setting are on CLEAN Vol-10 Tre-1 Mid-2 Bass-5 CRUNCH VOL-2 TRE-12 MID-11 BASS-1 GAIN-12 LEAD VOL-2 TRE-2 MID-12 BASS-2 GAIN-3 PRES-2 REV-9 hope this helps
I also owned a vintage 80's Linebacker 30 and it was a fantastic amp; I didn't find out until years later that it was a bass amp! It sounded amazing and was the best amp I've ever owned! Unfortunately, it was stolen from me in the early 90's, I really miss it! 😥
lol I need to play it with a bass
Hola que tal, sabes si el linebacker de 30 es para bajo ?
Great video brother, saw this amp recently at Guitar Center and didn't grab sooner enough but ur video showed the amp good... Keep up with the videos... I liked and subscribed 🤟
Thanks man much appreciated Also thanks for stopping by checking out video
Got the satin black finish the second they were available love it.
there awesome
is this sound coming from cab i mean miced or direct sound just IR
What speakers are in the cab IR that you are using? Are they V30s?
Yes I'm using V30s / now I'm using REVV 4x12 cab with Veteran 30s they sound Sweet... need to go check out Warehouse Speakers
Pure noise👎🏽
I guess everyone's entitled to their opinion 😁 swollen pickles not everyone's cup of coffee Thanks for stopping by and check out the video 🤘
Old
@@shakabrahhhhh that's right they're pretty old first eleased by Way Huge in 1997, the Swollen Pickle is Jeorge Tripps' (the founder of Way Huge) take on an Electro Harmonix Big Muff. Thanks for stopping by checking out the video
@@rocksmonsterriffs Didn't know it was based off a Big Muff, definitely makes sense. With certain settings in this vid, to me, it has some qualities similar to the HM-2 with less nasty high end. Thanks for posting this vid, got mine on the way now super stoked to try it!
@@bigdusty there pretty sick I use it on break down part live
But, what's the room noise like
It's not as loud but now that you mention it I just might do a short video on how loud it Gets in a room with a room mic
Awesome I just got one I like it
There freaking cool
I had the same bass for 7 years, absolutely love it ! great tone man thanks for sharing the plug ins youre using! RESPECT SIR
Thanks man for stopping by checking out the video much appreciate it
Pretty good demo love the seven string sg guitar
it's a sweet guitar Thanks for stopping by checking out video
So happy to see someone using a swollen pickle and also playing heavy music haha
There Freaking Sweet..thanks for stopping by checking out video
Way huge not dunlop
Dunlop owns way huge
What do you think, is this one okay with the telecaster? Single coils... hmmmm
Telecaster Singal Coils...it probably depend On The Pickups
try an eq pedal in the effects loop
will check it out
What happens?
thx!
This gives a whole new perspective on this pedal and fuzz in general. Great tones man.
Thanks man I dig the swollen pickle
@@rocksmonsterriffs just got one. Really digging it so far.
@@brandonthompson8413 hell Yeah man
Nice. I gotta pick one of the new DSL HR models up. I had a DSL40 combo and loved it. Sadly life got in the way and I had to sell it. Still, the new reborn versions sound better to my ears anyway. Great vid 🍻
I agree they sound great thanks for checking out video
Awsome ! Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by and check it out on video. I hope video content was helpful. If you like to subscribe I very much appreciate it

Useful review thanks, A.N.I.M.A.L. t-shirt, big fan of them, greetings from Mexico
A.N.I.M.A.L. one of my favorite bands also like DE LA TIERRA , OTHER ODDITIES
Thank you so much
Welcome & Thank you for stopping by checking out video
That was back then my very first amp in 65w. I used to hate it until months after using it I realized there was a pull on the gain!!!😂😂🙈🙈 wow great old memories here!
Exactly the same for me 😂. Loved it after finding those pull knobs
It would've been cool if you tried it with a guitar with single coils, just to hear if you can get that "transparent overdrive" sound on the pop mode
Thank you for stopping by checking out the video I will keep that in mind.thanks for feed back
Found the same guitar used but in very good conditions for 400€ with a hard case. Such a great Les Paul, made in Korea, it perfectly fits modern rock and metal as much as blues tunes.
that's freaking awesome there hard to find
This Pedal, the Green Russian Reissue, the Black Musket and the B:assmaster are the Best Fuzz Pedals for Bass imo.
Need to look into those
Maybe you can demo a tuner pedal for your next video 😉
You got it man tuner it is
Heard this amp sound great on smr …sounds like complete shit here …
Hey man thanks for stopping by checking out the video. I'm sure it'll sound sikk with some EQ adjustments & compression
I totally don’t get the Black metal series, I can buy a 1000 series for less with more features…
there are pretty pricey when these models came out they were not as pricey as they are now. I wish they can start building 7 string Viper Again.. I have one of there 7 String Viper 407.
