Born on Long Island, NY into a Lacrosse family! Moved to Central Florida "Orlando". This channel is filled with Lacrosse games, practices, drills, learning & having fun. Youth Lacrosse in Central Florida (Winter Garden, Winter Park, Windermere) Shane plays for "WOC Outlaws". This is mostly to help track my year to year progression & development - Florida lacrosse attackman. Winter 12u Lacrosse | Orlando
Youth "LCO" Lacrosse in Orlando (Central Florida). LCO is a central florida youth lacrosse program in the Winter & Summer seasons. During the Winter LCO participates in the OrlandoLaxOpen along with one other fall/winter tournament. In the summer months they play in the Summer Faceoff in Orlando. LCO has a very reasonably priced & challenging program.

i would say everything you said is correct aside from the part about how the ball sits. I personally use a low pocket at attack. The problem with this pocket is when you cradle one handed with this, you will have little to no feel of where the ball is in the pocket when you go to release since it is just sitting on the plastic and bottom string. It also will have no hold when two handed cradling and bringing the still back. it's important to always have a channel that the ball can sit in so you have a great feel of where the ball is at all times, low, mid, or high pocket.

Love the video and mod. I play mens slow pitch softball, am a pitcher and bought a Cascade CSR helmet (have a small head) lol. I bought a Shoc visor but only fits adult models, looking to make my own mods. Do you have measurements for width that you made mod for? Looks like you kept length the same without making mod to it? Appreciate any help! Thank you.
From the center of the visor its a little under 3" - I did a straight cut to keep it simple. You can make it fit better then this if you want to start doing slightly angled cuts
