Ardex 77 would be excellent also, you can install large format tile on the ceiling with that

@gillcal hey, that is very helpful. We agree with you on that. It's a very good point you are making. I wish they added 4-5 different planks just so it doesn't have that many repeats on the other hand, It is one of the softest floors to walk on and you also save time by not having to install 6mil plastic like all the other floor manufacturers suggest and recommend. In the kitchen portion of the video it looks like a light brown/beige but it other parts it looks grey

@@stephredding7781 great question, the floor is more on the grey color but most of the pictures where taken with the window blinds down so made look a bit more brown. At 5:16 you can see the blinds are down and almost closed completely. Thanks for your comment and I hope that makes it easier for you to make a decision

Schluter is three times the price for zero extra function. Does the same thing with a higher price. Why bother?

I think they might be concerned because Tyler is a hard surface and they might be worried about someone falling on the stairs and having sharp edges but you can avoid that by using a round edge schluter trim in front of each step to give you a bit of a bullnose look? Hope that helps. We have install wood look tile on stairs and has been 2-3 years and didn't get a call back from the customer or anything, he had pets that's why he wanted to go with the wood look tiles

this product is very good, doesn't have the characteristics of other more high end products but is very durable, good for rental properties, and the floors we install were installed in an actual rental property
