If you use s3 instead of cloudinary, and someone gets the image url and decides to spam it with GET requests, you will be billed a ton, is there any way to set up proxy so users don't get the s3 link?

Amazing Thank you for this detailed tutorial I use svelte in the interface and compile, I copy the files to the public folder as I did in version 4.6.0 and in version 4.8 and 4.9, I have the same problem, the welcome strapi appears. I made an index.html file to test and in the current two versions it has no solution, I searched the documentation, I didn’t see any configuration. Is anyone in the same situation or solved it?

I am running into a problem when adding the GraphQL plugin to my dependencies. This is the error in my terminal: "error: Cannot use GraphQLScalarType "Time" from another module or realm." I have tried looking in the docs for work arounds, but have not found one that has worked. The application is not running at the moment because of this new dependency. What is a good solution for this problem?
