@ yeah sorry bro I re read my message and it was a bit too much in terms of criticism, sorry bout that. I thought that “ it’s breaking the meta” was a serious claim so I went down hard commenting. That said I tried it myself now (though in a hasbro stadium): ties with phoenix 3-60 rush (mostly spin finish), tends to burst to buster dran, loses badly to dragoon elevate and to wolf hexa (also yeah loses to rod 9-60 either ball or free ball)

@@siiimooo it’s all good man, yeah performance will vary especially with the Hasbro stadium since it’s smaller. A lot of the performance I saw is it out spinning its opponents by recoiling away and slowly returning to the center to reduce the number of times it was hit. It’s a little harder to do that in the Hasbro stadium. I meant for my video to open the door to discussion so people can start experimenting with this combo. I try to keep my vids around 15 minutes for my viewers so I don’t take up too much of their time, which is what limits the amount of time I can put towards longer testing. I do appreciate you commenting though, I’ll gladly take those things into more consideration moving forward

@@EnderXGamingHQ I add that in hasbro stadium it tends to close games using “rebound” X dashes when attacked early game. Also I forgot to mention I tested it against a “clear” cobalt drake (4-60 F) I managed to get: this phoenix combo always wins (maybe due to weight difference). But yeah especially the “switch stadium side “ is important testing tournament wise imho

@ Also are you using a ripcord or a string launcher? In my testing it needs a ripcord launcher in order to get more rpm to hold out longer than rod for example

@@dogeatdawg954 I can definitely test my combos against those! Also metal needle doesn’t really damage stadiums much as long as you don’t launch it from high up. Launching closer to the stadium reduces most chances of damage incurring. But for those who are worried about it, use needle it’s a good substitute performs a little worse in my opinion but still solid!

@@EnderXGamingHQi guess it depends on the location since meta here are the usual CDrg 5-60/1-60 E WR 9-60/3-60 L/B AP/PW 1-60/3-60 R/LR/P or variation of these and other blades like tyranno beat, knights mail and silver wolf, come to think of it I havnt seen a leone crest in a while

@@Phantom_Blur I’d say use regular needle over high needle if you have it. Also if you launch lower down to the stadium metal needle won’t scratch your stadium! Since gravity won’t force it down in a way that pierces the stadium. Thanks for watching!

@SKLightOfficial Metal needle actually doesn’t damage the stadium much if you don’t launch it from super high up. Regular needle is a good option but I wouldn’t say it’s better from the testing I’ve done

metal needle has more stamina, because it has less friction on the stadium so it spins longer
