President Rob Huddler, Executive Director Arnie Eby, Katie Fitzsimmons from Anne Arundel County and Kristy O'Neal from Frederick County discuss the role of the MRPA, the supports that are offered to the Resource Parents of Maryland, and building Advocacy at the grass roots level.
