Last night for dinner I had Thai (Tom kha soup and pad see ew). Tonight I’ll eat the last of the pad see ew. I don’t cook much because I live alone (it feels like a lot of effort just for one person), but I love watching others cook to get ideas! Your meatloaf and potatoes look yummy! I think my mom puts ketchup on top instead of the canned tomato sauce, so I’ll have to let her know to try this next time.

I've still been working on my spinach chicken broth lentil recipe recently, my staple. I also crock potted some red cabbage and sausage that turned out pretty nice. Learning that 'curry' means 100 things and it's hard to find a specific curry flavor, but the alternatives are always an adventure anyhow.
