If you have no insurance, denied assistance, you have no choice but to go to the hospital.They dont do a damn thing. They send you to the place that denied you assistance to begin with.Rediculous. Keep that in mind as more older women suffer and die.

I use krill oil
Try (greatly) increasing your DAILY intake of Sea Salt (or plain table salt for that matter). I suffered for decades with migraines (and my three children had intense migraines lasting days at a time). Supplementing with Magnesium Threonate (or any other magnesium supplement available) did nothing to stop them from occurring. Increasing our daily intake of sodium chloride has eliminated about 95% of the migraines!!! And those we still get are much milder. Thanks goes to RUclipsr Dr Berg for alerting us to the sodium-potassium mechanism in our brains that triggers those intense migraines. You must take the salt BEFORE you develop the migraines. Do NOT wait until you develop a migraine. Increasing your salt intake on a daily basis is vital to decreasing chronic migraine occurrence. This really works!!! (for us at least).
Interesting. A close friend was told by her doctor to take a salt tablet daily. We live in a subtropical climate which is also extremely humid and causes most people to perspire a lot.

You need a D3 supplement that contains K2 or it won’t have much effect.
@Desertflower743 I would never take a cheap D3 combined with a cheap K2. I only ingest a high-quality D3 lipoMicel and a separate K2 full spectrum focusing on the MK-4 & MK-7 derivatives found in nature. D3 must be at least 8,000 IUs per day and 120mcg of the K2 alongside it. Natural Factors makes both of these essential supplements and we all know you need the K2 in conjunction with the D3 to keep the calcium out of our bloodstream and in our skeletal frame where it belongs.
