I have never heard of this, around here if you get bond with conditions they won't let you out of the jail until they ankle monitor is already on your ankle, the home detention officer will come put on you while you are still in jail

When you stated that his mother pretty much funded him and his father told him to fund himself, I wonder if he just said (and assuming that he is alive), well I may as well disappear and go and live the life that I want. That may not be the case and only fits if he is still alive.

First off Brenner was sentenced 3 to 30 years and he is eligible for parole in 3 years not 30. 30 years is the maximum sentence he could have. Candice's unpublished Victim Impact statement as well as the judges statement to the parole board pretty much ensures you won't get out of prison until he dies however it does not change the fact that you said he was eligible for parole in 30 years. He will in fact the eligible for parole long before he likely dies. While I enjoyed your video in general and thought it had good bones however you have many factual details inaccurate throughout. None of the things I am about to say changes the narrative, but there is some factual inaccuracies that had been perpetuated throughout the case. Some of these you reiterated like the following: The boots: Photographic evidence suggests that Dylan had several pairs of shoes other than his main work boots as well as other boots in addition to those. This does not mean that the narrative of him having a primary pair that he would wear out and then replace them with the exact same type and as a matter of fact there's photographic evidence to suggest that he did replace an old pair with the same type. However where we run into problem with this is when people say that is ALL that he wore for work or otherwise. The photographic evidence does not support this. It is likely because of James Brenner's plea deal of not sharing the specific narrative surrounding his murdering of Dylan Rounds, will never probably know why his boots were tossed next to the dirt pile (which was actually the backfill from a burn pit adjacent to it), but saying that he wouldn't have left them there because he didn't wear anything else is a factual inaccuracy which early in the case lead people to assume that there was foul play, while the conclusion is correct the path to it was not despite the spot of apparent blood being on the boot witnessed at the time, this had not been scientifically verified. All kinds of narratives came out that were incorrect because of folks persistently saying he wore nothing else. When tracing back to the source of this, it's a misinterpretation of something that Candice Cooley herself had said in exaggeration. It was also something that made people doubt her integrity upon finding photographic evidence that contradicted her apparent statement of exclusivity. In conclusion the only factual statements that can be made about Dylan's footwear are the following: Dylan had several pairs of shoes and boots mostly consisting of athletic shoes and boots. Some of them from their visual condition he obviously wore while working and others not with the photographic and witness notation that he usually favored one pair of boots in particular that he would often wear when not working and would replace them with the same brand and type when worn out and would wear them until they completely wore out. However it does also appear that when wearing athletic shoes while working he did favor a particular pair again based on photographic evidence, but did have additional pairs concurrently that did not have the appearance of being used for farm work. The "shed": The pole "barn" that the grain truck was stored in is not a "grain shed". It was NOT used for storing grain, but rather was a large traditional pole barn that on a farm is typically used for storing agricultural equipment such as Dillon's grain truck, not agricultural products such as livestock or grain. Calling it a barn for the opposite reason is also a misnomer but it is what it is traditionally referred to, though and some instances calling it a pole "shed" is also used more specifically in certain parts of the United States and probably is more accurate. Calling it a "grain shed" is another incorrect piece of information that has caused some confusion and the term "grain shed" has specifically been refuted repeatedly by both of Dylan's parents and by anyone who has seen pictures and video of it and that themselves have worked with similar structures. They are not specific to farming either. In conclusion calling the building where Dylan stored his grain truck, the grain shed has led to confusion such as they're being more than one building etcetera. "The wash": You yourself said you didn't research this much. There isn't one wash in the area. There are many washes in the area. A wash is channels formed from rain runoff worn out over time through softer or less compact sand and soil. They are not creek beds in the traditional sense. The tracks you are referring to in that particular wash were confirmed to be that of someone who was searching that day and was dismissed very early on but again got reiterated repeatedly. Also as far as the dogs go there is no specific statement or evidence to suggest that their use in the that wash was refused, but more of a generic general statement the police department was being uncooperative with all of it, and it must be noted that there is a difference between cadaver dogs and search dogs. The refusal that you are speaking of it's probably referring to the fact that you can't use cadaver dogs to search for somebody that's living and you can't use regular search dogs to search for cadavers especially in those conditions. I myself was confused about this but it depended on when they were out there. At one point it was assumed he was probably dead or had left the area completely again this is just the general dropping the ball by authorities. Montello and residents: MANY MULTIPLE detail factual errors here. Considering the dramas surrounding a lot of this, that you yourself hinted at, I think it's impossible to eliminate any of this as being pertinent especially early on and when considering that there is a connection with Kurt and Chase to James and Don as well as Dylan and his farm out in Lucin, it is important to get these accurate which you did not on many points. For instance Dylan actually stayed in Kurt Wadsworth's camper frequently... not just showering. As a matter of fact according to Witnesses Dylan very rarely actually stayed out at his farm. Instead he would either stay in Montello at Kurt's place, his grandparents in which he still had a room, a friend's place in idaho, what his dad's place in idaho, or occasionally at his mom's also in Idaho. Another factual error is that both bars were not open all the time, only the Saddle Sore. Anyway, not getting these accurate helps contribute to the false or unproven narratives surrounding this case which even after his sentencing because of the plea deal will remain a mystery. Conclusion: the Montello connection appears to be inconsequential, but that cannot be proven either way especially with inaccuracies being repeated constantly such as Kurt having a wife in Montello which is not true. As a matter of fact he had no legal wife currently. Okay I'm not going to continue doing this. The reason why I really do love your balanced approach and the fact that it is filled with accuracies and builds a narrative that most don't even bother to try. That said you have an accuracy throughout some of which are perpetuating long-standing and known incorrect details. Part of what you've done is perpetuate some inaccuracy started innocently by Candice herself who at the time was desperate to figure things out. A lot of researchers have done this because she's the mom and I get that but as a researcher you have to simply report what they say not reiterated as a fact unless there is a fact to go behind it. I think it's pretty obvious that since James Brenner refused to actually State the narratives surrounding his motivations and exactly how the murder played out, and also the fact that Dylan's family wasn't completely aware of his life, and also the questionable activities of many of the people in and around Dylan's life many of whom had things to hide, trying to pick through this mess has always been difficult. It unfortunately has boiled down to one simple statement and that is is that James Brenner murdered Dylan and buried his body roughly a mile away from the crime scene with the cause of death to be likely multiple gunshot wounds to his head also admitted by James Brenner. That's it.

All this could come to an end right now. If he would just man up and do the right thing. Confess with the Truth! If not for nothing else do it for his own child which will be without his mother for his entire life now. He has no heart if he doesn’t make this right.

It's always interesting how this story is told from people who researched it. I went to Temple High School a few towns over and was a Junior when Heather was killed. I met her through her friend Amanda who lived in Hastings, another small town in the area and she was a really cool girl. I actually played football and basketball against Randy Wood a few times a year, we owned them lol but he was a cool guy as well. I didnt really know Josh and Curtis all that well but knew of Josh through his reputation. Waurika was a good hang out spot along with Walters during that time as we would jump from town to town hanging out. I remember when she first went missing the police actually came to our school asking questions and had sniff dogs smelling lockers for any evidence of her disappearance. Hadn't thought about Heather in years but it was definitely a shock to the community and she definitely didn't deserve to die like that, it was very sad. A lot of us kids at the time were slightly traumatized by it.

And that Jack always chased after Noah’s girlfriends and that he had sex with one of Noah’s girlfriends that Noah really liked so Noah was gonna pay him back this weekend by flirting with his girlfriend all weekend who used to be Noah’s girlfriend at one time. And Noah accidentally walked in on Jack’s dad having sex with the party girl. And these teenagers have told so many lies that how would you even believe that Noah walked off by his self that night and why did they keep stressing that Noah walked out all the time they keep saying that over and over. and if he was murdered on the land, they had to take him off the land because if he was found dead on the land, then his family could sue the landowner. and the golf clubs was Noah’s and they cannot be found. and if they all love Noah so much and was not guilty. Why would they swipe their phone and not be talking to people about what actually happened and not going to see Noah’s family and if they were innocent when they found Noah by the road why didn’t they let them check the land in the house, and was told that what they really need to do is check the barn behind the house. Pay to stay only creates debtors prison. There is a judge in Arkansas that makes it almost impossible to pay off fines. He also gets kickbacks from sentencing speeders to a certain driving school. Don't speed through white county Arkansas
