I’m actually at the. Point of begging .. no I am. My brother and his parotid 27 yrs passed in 2020. April and July. I have the computers they had but shortly before!!! Had them cleaned out. I went on one for maybe 20 min. And now it’s stuck on the screen that shows you system/ lcd/ hardware monitor. There is no way for me to get off this screen. I’ve looked up hard reset. But they have the normal picture in screen. Mine only has this diagnosis screen. Been trying for a month to do a hard reset. Can’t get off this screen!!!! Please if anyone can help. Please respond .. I beg of you I can’t get anything more than repairing drive c…. Please help me if you can. Thank you in advance!!!

I bought a Asus laptop from the lawn shop and when they was showing it to me, they were showing me from the guest screen, & when I went home it had a store user password so i couldn’t fully change things on it without that password so Thank you so much for this info!!
