FIX FOR THE PEOPLE HAVING TROUBLE WITH UPSCALING 1080 to 1440: If Nvidia control panel flickers to the new custom resolution and then reverts back to 1080. CHECK WINDOWS DISPLAY SETTINGS! From there you can locate Display resolution and change the resolution of the 1080p monitor to 1440. Effectively just changing the display size internally. This happens because you created a custom resolution in Nvidia's control panel, and windows just overrides it with the resolution it was initially set to.

for some reason this didn’t work. when i add the custom resolution it doesn’t show up in the place it’s supposed to?

Hey I know this video is 2 years old, If you don’t mind answering, would this work if I had the Elgato HD60s that only records at 1080p60?? So that I can play at 120 FPS but it records at 60 using this splitter? Any help would be greatly appreciated mate!

When I try to do the custom resolution it says "Test failed. Custom resolution is not supported by your display" :(

Most of users report mainly conections and disconections randomly, but the thing i most worry about is the drift, there are a lot of users that seem to have snapback or drifting in joysticks, not for hardware but software/firmware, and you can not do anything against that, don't matter you reset, setting or upgrade, i would like to have this controller, but i'm scary about pay 50$ for one when there are similars controllers even for less money that never will give me troubles, for me are months of keeping money, for throw it like that idk, mainly youtubers i've seen having this controller, normaly use it a few times, not for be a bad one, but for this kind of issues, almost never is their daily battle controller, maybe use it the weekind, or like a 3th controller but never the main, so idk what to think about at all, also seem the 80% of people have trouble with this controller, usually use it for switch or steamdeck, but is a high number anyways, the 20% of reviews in amazon or simillars talks about this class of issues

i can do the test on Q6fn and it says supported but as soon as I change it to 1440p the screen goes blank. I can activate 1440p in game (120fps) and again as soon as I return to menu (60hz) screen goes blank

If the seller is ok with w/ a refund, I'll buy the hybrid (concave and convex) KontrolFreek from a genuine reseller (there cheap KontrolFreeks which are fake unless one finds the OEM maker from AliExpress which has not logo but is the same quality but way cheaper) which will be worth it coz' it's long term and gaming is a means to recharge every sunday for the work week. Tinkerlands is amazing if anyone is curious. It’s a top-down island-survival game with the production value/polish of Stardew Valley. If the developer shoots for a console release in addition to PC I could see it being equally successful too.

So, I'm making a flight simulator but when I try to change my 1680x1050 to 1920x1080 I click apply then windows come up with the 10 second warning and I click apply then it reverts it, and my screen arrangement gets messed up, idk why it comes up with the option but then imminently reverts it? (Never mind I just forgot to enable it on Nvidia but thanks for the video!)

I do have an issue with the environments, whenever I load an environment, I can stay there for like 5 minutes before it takes me back to the default space, ive tried reinstalling everything but nothing seems to work, I do have the premium version of steamvr so I'm quite confused by what's happening here, if there's anything you could suggest id be very grateful

I’m having a different problem. I think it’s a performance issue. I open games like Cyberpunk stored in my ssd and it takes about 4 mins to get into the game. When moving these games to console storage and then opening it the load time is improved just by a tad bit. What could be the issue here? Can anyone help?

I have a giant 32" 4k display I'm trying to match with my 15" 4k laptop display. Whether I match resolutions and adjust scale or use 1080p on my laptop and match scale results in the same wonky translation between monitors. I've gotten used to things not lining up, but the major problem is my laptop display has half the pixels, so larger windows on the 4k get shrunk down and moved to my laptop screen whenever I wake it from sleep or what-have-you. It never remembers which display the windows were on. Sometimes windows disappear off screen altogether and I have to Shift + Right-click the Taskbar icon, click Move, then use the arrow keys to attach the window to my mouse so I can drag it back into view.
