How to make crispy buttery Lunar New Year cookies! #yearofthetiger
Lunar New Year is only a few days away, will you be celebrating? These cookies are crispy, buttery and just melt in your mouth. Best of all they are very simple to make!
I have used almonds, walnuts and peanuts in this video, you can also use cashews if you prefer. These cookies will last up to two weeks in an air tighter container in a cool place.
Yield: 60 small cookies

i think warms the best cause once they get cold, they go kinda tough. you should pop them in the air fryer if you put them away for the next day or something (:

The recipe is easy. Just take a bowl of noodles and add undisclosed black liquid into it. Then add unspecified leaves and perhaps maybe some scallions. Then add some unnamed mince like substance and then sprinkle some sesame seeds.... voilaaaa. Looks amazing and so easy to make!!!☺

Hi, can I use sweet rice and qrind it use it in this recipe? Also I purchase rice flour in small bags with green lettering. Is this the same rice flour with green lettering as the sweet rice flour? I am trying to save money. Buying sweet rice flour in small bags is not smart in the long run Which brand do you suggest I use for cooking porridge or sweets. I make Black Sesame Seed Porridge everyday for breakfast and this gives me loads of calcium. I am trying your recipe out this week. I am a Black Sesame Seed fan. Smashing video! Really like it. I do however vouch for a secret ingrendient, the peanut butter! Substitute half of the sesame paste with peanut butter and it will rock everyones socks! That's how they do it In some shops in Shanghai.

What is the sub for self-rising flour? I have AP and cake flour.

Looks great! May I ask what the darker piped decoration on the top of the cake is? Is that the biscoff cream or biscoff ganache? Or something else you made?
I had a bit of left over ganache and mixed it with the left over whipped cream :)
with my friend, adjusted to reduced sweetness. For the biscoff cream, we omitted the icing sugar. For the ganache, we did ratio of 2:1 for Biscoff spread : cream.
