Another great video. Hey bro, as a subscriber and a follower can i make a suggestion on a future video please Years ago there was a documentary 'most dangerous ways to school: Nicaragua. ' The story is about 3 little girls and a boy from a village San Nicholas who went to a school in a village in San Mariano by boat. It was a heartbreaking documentary that made me appreciate life. When you get a chance or opportunity can you update us on those kids and school. I love to donate toys and books. And if you read the comments under the documentary, there are tons of folks that have been searching for an update. I'm certain you would get tons of views. It's an amazing story. Thank you brother. And as usual, I look forward to you next video.

What part of Nicaragua do you live?
Right now I live in Rio San Juan. But my home town is Bluefields. What about you?
@marcusadventures Toronto Canada. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts. I'm planning visiting Nicaragua on my next time off. For about a 7-10 days. I'm trying to see most of the country. But my definite spots are Managua: Check out the Oriental Market and night life for 2 days. Then head to Granada. I love history, and it's a beautiful Colonia town. Probably spend 3 days around there. And I want to end it off in Ometepe. I wish I had the time to see Bluefields. Me being of African descent, would love to visit there. Maybe on my next trip. I'm 40 years old and I'm looking for a retirement place. And Nicaragua seems to be perfect. I've been to Costa Rica, but too many Gringos and inflated prices.
Nicaragua is fine as long as you avoid getting involved in politics or speaking about the government. A great place to live is Corn Island, with its Afro-Caribbean culture and easy access to seafood. The only downside is that it's a bit more expensive than other regions of Nicaragua. If I weren’t busy studying medicine, I would show you the best parts of each area in the country.
@marcusadventures I definitely know not to talk politics. But can you advise me on something. The Oriental Market. Some people say dangerous...peligroso. others say it's just a regular market with regular problems. Petty thefts, pick pockets. Is it dangerous place to visit? My second question is do have a Scopolamine problem? Colombia seems to have alot of gringos getting drugged and robbed. Is it a problem in Nicaragua? Thanks homie. Once your done med school. You should come to Canada. Especially Toronto.
@CMB4LIFE Regarding the Oriental market, the experience largely depends on the time of your visit. The best time to explore is in the morning, around 8:30 or 9 when it gets busy, until about 3 in the afternoon. Since the market is quite large, it is highly recommended to go with a companion. As for the issue of drugging, I have never heard of any cases involving foreigners being drugged. However, if vendors sense you are from the coast or a foreigner, they may try to take advantage by raising the price of items. This is quite common in informal settings, such as markets
