Welcome Home to The Pines at Wilcox Neck!
The Pines at Wilcox Neck are the first Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg homes built and sold in Charles City County. These four homes were built using Insulating Concrete Form (ICF), a mold used to hold freshly poured concrete in place during construction. The molds remain in place permanently to provide additional insulation for the concrete walls.
