What is “Tempeh”?? Is it the same as Tofu??
Both are quiet similar made from soybean. Which "Tempeh" from fermented soybeans, and tofu is made of condensed soy milk that's pressed into solid white blocks in a process similar to cheese making.

I have always made these in the glass like you do, but I think making it a stirred drink over a rock might be better because I feel like the amount of stirring done in the glass makes the cube look bad... or maybe even serving it up like a Sazerac. After all, it is a pretty drink.
You could served it up like sazerac, taste is preference, theres no right or wrong in mixology world, if you want to stir like i do its not necessarily 30 sec, if you want to be precise its 60 rotation and always taste your drink, i like it with ice because the Absinthe is pungent
