My controller connect that I bought from your store didn’t come with the yellow wire on the connector. Can you tell me what the yellow wires for my rear motor works but my front motor doesn’t work but when I swap the connectors, my front motor works, but my rear motor doesn’t work, I looked at the connector and it’s missing yellow wire but online everywhere I see it has one. I bought it from your store on AliExpress.

yes! The motors in video are 3000w each. It is quite a small size comparing to the regular model. Next week hopefully will make more videos about this kit.
When I connect blue and white nothing happens... And when I wire it up to my LCD I just get a flashing controller warning
Which ERROR code in the LCD? Please check connect sequence(step 1-3 in video). Before you connect (blue-white), you need to connect the (white-white) to start the self-study(video Step2). then connect (blue-white), controller will start self-study. Motor will spinning from slowly to fast.(If hall sensor inside motor is failure, motor will only rotate a small angle) 😃
According this video, you can test the controller and motor by self-study. If controller & motor is good, you can see the motor spin in low speed. But if controller/motor is broken, motor do NOT spin correct(also WARNING code will show in LCD) Hope it can help.

If hall sensor is bad or defective can cause your phase wires from motor and controller side to become very hot and will melt or maybe burn out controller???
yes. Bad motor hall sensor will heat up phase wires, and controller will be burnt eventually.
I just got new laotie rear motor...the white big plastic connector is not connected but when i have to push the 5 different color wires into the big plastic connector i have to match the old sensor wires the same way right???@@ordoospeed

Lower right circle with green refers to voltage. Upper right circle with red reders to throttle.
@@ordoospeed hey. I have a laotie ti30 scooter. My old controllers both burnt out so I had to get new ones. I got these new sinewave controllers with ms668 LCD display n throttle. My scooter battery is 60v. When connecting my motor phase wires to the controllers phase wires. Then plugging in learning wires. Why does the phase wires on motor and especially the controller get so hot so fast and very hot like it can melt my controller and motor phase wires??? What is causing this??? It should be at most just warm. But it's less than a min and very hot. Does the phase wire of controller have to be connected a certain way with phase wires of my laotie scooter motor? I have it blue to blue, yellow to yellow, and green to green. Can u do a video just for me to help me out???
@@MissHitAllTheTime If you found it getting so hot, there must be somewhere in connections are not tight enough. Some pins are NOT connected properly.

Which is best QS-S4 or TF100, LH100? I think QS-S4 have nice soft acceleretion
QS-S4 and TF100 both can be the good choice. DS20 would be the BEST because there are more P settings you can experience.

Hi! I have the Yunli 60V45A controller for Laotie. Please help, how can i change the low voltage cutoff? I put these contollers to my Laotie ES18P and the voltage can't go under 53V. If it reaches, the e scooter turns off. There is no setting for that in MS668. Any option, hardware(resistor) modding? Thanks for help!
Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, editing voltage cutoff only can be done by us because controller is needed to reburn the firmware.

The white controller shown in the above image is our new controller model, HA2, which we are currently developing. Here is a preliminary outline of the specifications for this controller: Basic Information Dimension -- 60.2 X 54 X 110 mm Specification -- Ibus≦40-45A@60V; Iphase≦120Arms@60V
1.Wireless Controller: Since the development of the CC1/CB1 models, we have been aiming to move towards wireless controllers. Last year, we released a 2-in-1 controller (GA1) that reduced the number of wires, but it still required signal and Hall wires to be connected externally (electric scooter models using this GA1 controller have recently been launched in the United States). With the latest HA2 model, we have achieved a truly wireless controller.
2.Waterproof Controller: We are not inclined to use potting for waterproofing as it significantly increases costs and makes it difficult to identify and repair faults in the controller. Instead, we plan to make the controller housing waterproof. However, the question arises as to whether such a housing can truly achieve waterproofing. And also here is another question: is it necessary for the controller to have an IP67 or IP65 rating?
3.Phase Wire: Typically, wireless controllers use locking screws for phase wire outlets. However, for electric scooter controllers, space is limited. We are currently planning to use copper heads for the wire outlets, but we have not yet achieved the desired small size. We are looking for a solution that is smaller in size and meets the current requirements of Continuous Current 120Arms, Continuous time 10s-30s, PEAK -170Arms to +170Arms, temperature would reach 50℃.
4.Signal Wires: We have reserved the following signal outlets: P+ ACC CANH TX TH+ BrL SL HA HB HC P- TH CANL RX TH- GND STD H+ HT H- These signal outlets are designed to be compatible with all vehicle scenarios. If we can reduce some of these outlets, it would help to further reduce the size of the controller.
5.Advanced Controller Applications: We are incorporating more professional communication protocols into the controller. We plan to use CANBUS. We are also researching industry opinions on other communication protocols such as UART, THROTTLE, and 485

Does your LCD hold TRIP distance when we turn it off? Because TF-100 and many other clears trip distance. I know that it has ODO (total) distance but it we have to remember starting odo distance and calculate by ourself. When final version will be available?
