My main zipper fell apart. How do I get fixed

Awesome! I love this company and my bag. You have done a huge service for the hockey industry.

We are on our second hockey tower. The zip eventually failed after 2 or 3 years but I don't have a problem with that. However on our new one the left hand side skate keeps falling out and it's driving me mad as as I have to hold it in to zip the bag up. I think it's a manufacturing fault.

The ventilation is a double-edge sword. Maybe great for airflow, but useless for protection from outside elements. Many a time I've had my bag soaked from the outside when in a bus or aircraft luggage compartment, or even just in the rain.

no thanks 300 bucks and for 100 i can get a CCM or Vaughn bag that everything fits inside

This bag offers a great air circulation feature but in reality it lacks practicality. Most players prefer to have their skates stored in a separate external side pocket or end pockets. Same for changes of clothes. The compartment dividers on the inside of the bag are nowhere near as useful as external compartment pockets would have been. Any external compartments also could have been vented as well in keeping with the airflow concept of this bag. A goalie size version should also be made available. Grit could have hit a home run with this concept but failed in terms of the bag's practical design.
