Welcome on the Snackbait channel! Feeling inspired by snack video's of other countries I thought maybe showing some Dutch snacks would be appealing as well.
So if I see some interesting Dutch snacks I will for sure show you that as well! Please let me know if you ever want to see something (that you might have heard off :) )

How to make your own peanut butter
Hi There!
Here is a short video how to make your own peanut butter :) I jumped right into the action after roasting the peanuts and after the video ended I just poared it into a jar :)
- So just get some (in my case) unsalted peanuts.
- Roast them a bit in the oven, I just put them into the oven until they start to get dark.
- - Should be something like 175°C for +/- 8 minutes
- - If the peanuts gets to dark, the taste will be bitter.
- Then just grind them to small bits
- Add some (in my case) olive oil
- - Make sure you are it bit by bit, before it gets to watery / oily
- If you like add some salt, this will give the peanut butter nicer taste
- - Of course mix the salt good into the peanut butter...

Holland has many snacks. To kick off the dutch snack trip i'll start with the stroopwafel. A Dutch cookie that had been around for a very long time. Two waffels with caramel between them. When I lived in Utrecht , I used to eat those sausages from the Hema. I live in Canada since 1968 and still wanting those delicious sausages from the Hema, but I can’t buy them here in Kitchener or in Canada at all. I miss those so much. The are the best in my opinion. 👌👌👌👌👌😂😂😂
