@@larsbomb4243 Keep in mind that this test was done a couple of years ago. By that time, my laptop had only 8 gigs of ram in single channel, was still using factory thermal paste. I believe nowadays each of the shaders you mentioned have been optimized and as usual one performs better than the other.

Man, this video was posted 3 years ago, it was so unoptimized, plus my laptop was running single channel ram stick, it wasn’t recently repasted. I believe that if I do this video again with my 16 gigs + metal liquid I’ll easily get 250+

@@dhruvaiswar You gotta have in mind that I was recording with nvidia shadowplay. By the time, that tool used to reduce my fps by a lot. Also, my laptop was thermal throttlling. Don’t blame me, there were several factors that delivered that poor performance 3 years ago. Take care

My laptop was ram bottlenecking by that time. With 16 in dual channel now, it should perform better

I havent played minecraft for a while now. Im guessing it must be driver issues, try updating your gtx drivers, intel/amd ones too.

Maybe your minecraft is running with intel graphics. There are many tutorials out there to solve the problem.

The gtx 1650 is very capable. It can easily run gta v at 100 fps (high settings) and with newer updates you can easily run unturned at ultra (70+ fps).

It depends, what’s the wattage of that RTX 3050? Because these cards come in a lot of wattage variants. Be sure that you’re getting the 80 or 90 watt laptop of this 3050. Overall, the 3050 is better than the 1650.

@@vezusedits712 Not really. While gaming you won’t notice any difference, maybe 1-2 more fps with the i5. But for heavy tasks like rendering or related, the i7 will beat the i5 because the i7 is a six core cpu meanwhile the i5 is quad core

Read the comments. You java launcher must be using the intel graphics and not the nvidia one. Many people in the comments had this problem. It’s easy to solve. Good luck.

Hmmm I don’t exactly remember but I’m pretty sure around 6000 to 7200 MB.

Maybe you are not using your nvidia gfx card. Make sure the java platform is using the nvidia card at the moment of playing

What's up. Well it's been almost two years since I made this video but Unturned's now better optimized. If you have specs like mine, adding dual channel ram will increase your performance with no doubt. About the ssd, look, unturned runs fine on HDD'S since it doesn't use complex textures, but if you feel like spending money on an ssd, go ahead. I don't exactly know why u want to disable those settings, since Unturned at 60 fps is more than enough (I've seen people do pvp in servers with a crappy computer with a less powerful gpu and playing in 600p resolution). But in my opinion, motionblur, scope quality, reflections, landmarks and view distance, are the settings that cause fps drops. Shadows do too, but leaving that in medium/high should be ok.

That’s a good setup. You should definitely get 10 more fps maybe even further.

I used windows 10 default recorder and yes, I used msi afterburner.

Thank u! And about the laptop, look. It’s all up to you. You may want to go by the design of the laptop or because of the components. Since both are the same brand, I gould definitely go with the ryzen one. Why? Because its a six core cpu, meanwhile the i5-10300H has only 4. And yeah, the one with the i5 has a better graphics card, but considering the other laptop has a six core, then the 1650 has got to be the GDRR6 version, and between the 1650ti and 1650 GDDR6 there’s no much difference. So I would definitely go with the ryze one, plus, you’ll get way better fps in competive/online titles. I hope this helps you. Salutes brother!

@@zideous Dude check again, it's a real graphics card. It's about 10% better than a normal gtx 1650 graphics card.

@@starmember132 it seems alright now with 50ish FPS but I run a 144Hz ASUS 15.6" Gaming Laptop TUF AMD Ryzen 7 3750H 16GB RAM 256GB SSD GTX1650 uh I just copied that cause I forgot most of it also the original

@@_frixx_746 well I know the reason. Your cpu is weaker. That ryzen is just the same as a i5-9300H. And those cpus are way slower than my i7. Second, since you’ve got that cpu, you’ve gddr5 1650 for sure. That’s why you don’t get the same fps as me. But hey, 55 is just fine. Enjoy mate

Dude, it’s a laptop. Desktop computers draw more power = more fps. Also, I recorded this test with only 8gb ram in single channel, so that decreases performance. So with that said, you could now imagine what could be the difference If I added another ram stick + use an external monitor.

@@RWaltuh hahaha nah dude, in your dreams. That’s a very powerful card, it shouldn’t get 30 fps. Maybe u are using the cpu api and that’s why you’re getting those 30 fps, and for me, that’s still impossible ‘cause that ryzen 7 integrated graphics would get even 100 fps without a graphics card.

If you haven’t bought it yet, I’d highly recommend you getting a laptop with at least a 1660. But anyways, this laptop is great and hasn’t disappointed me since the first day I bought it. Good luck!

I would recommend, Rtx 3060 laptop. For $1000. I think best overall value.

i7 will always be better than i5 if they’re in the same generation, so you can check wich one you like more, for example, If I got 60-65 fps in bsl, you could expect 55-60 fps

1650 super is way better than 1650 normal version, you could use any shader. I would suggest seus renewed since it’s the best looking one among all these
