Good clear video but, what is like at low light or in the dark. (Not necessarily on the busy main roads) Can this be shown on another video with the light on & without it on ( about 30seconds or so of each be fine.)

I like the idea of the spring attached to the stake. Anyone who uses this method should be aware that the weakest part of the system is the point where the spring connects to the dog stake. If you have a very hard pulling kite, be sure to have a second backup stake. Connect your flying line to it also. Otherwise, if the dog stake breaks or pulls out of the ground, you will be chasing your kite, your kite line and a flying metal projectile, that is the dog stake! Practice with a light pulling kite first! Also, consider fitting an end cap on the stake for transport and storage. Finally, a cut broom handle used as a aid for leverage can be used to turn the stake into hard ground.

Looks like pedestrians will need a version of this camera having to share the pavement with cyclists

Had the same fly6 1st generation but the video tend to lap. any idea how to solve the issue. Currently using a 32gb card

What a good idea. I like the fact that the quality is high enough so that you can record licence plate numbers.

Nice route from Eunos Benjamin! Color and video looks smooth. Only the HD doesn't look like 720P. Either RUclips encoding or your side conversion. I use the Mobius Actioncam. If you're looking for a do-all action cam that has superb value, it's great :D

Jesus, what kind of kite is that?

A wonderful example of grace, skill and control! You will note that Pat is continually working the kite, and while it appears graceful, he is busy! The art in his flying is that he is economical with his movements and does not panic when the kite is grounded. His kite has a bit more glide than I thought it would.
