The school has changed so much. We have a new wing and it is beautiful.

I played this in third grade with my band. Man we sounded good.

So I'm noticing that in the Cadet formations there are personnel wearing standard US Army Blue Overcoats and Berets. At 40:43 we see an Asian Female wearing standard US Army Blue Overcoat with Captain Bars on her Beret but with US ARMY ROTC Cadet 2nd Lt insignia on her shoulders. At 51:45 we see a White Male wearing a Blue Overcoat and Beret, again with US ARMY ROTC 2nd Lt insignia on his shoulders. At 52:43 we see one wearing a Blue Overcoat and Beret, but with E-5 SGT stripes on his lapel. Does anyone know what the story is with these personnel. Are the ones wearing US Army ROTC insignia actual ROTC cadets doing a semester at WestPoint? What about the enlisted ones? WestPoint Prep students?
