Depends on why it's not charging, mine wasn't charging due to cells being unbalanced so I don't know why yours isn't charging.

Yes, if your board is bad or provided high power can definitely cause more issues. If you left yours without charging for long time then my video can possibly fix your issue unless it's main board related.

In my understanding, it's all relay based so it must be bad relay. Basically small chip sends signal to trigger relay and all load goes on the relay. I don't know which one but check all relay continuity and see if there is any other burnt component that you can see.

Thanks! It's always exciting flying my drone but I found it pretty cool when I flew this in cloud. That video isn't live yet but in next few weeks you'll be able to see. One of the day it was foggy and cold, not sure how the weather works but clouds were lower and I was literally in fog about 200ft high and going to max altitude, it was above the clouds. I couldn't believe what I was able to experience with this tiny drone, an absolutely amazing experience when you see clouds like that! I wasn't moving, just hovering and clouds were moving at good speed!

@@Xx_TheCuriousBrain_xX Wow! I have not went to that height yet. Needs to be a very special day; no High gusts or anything then a one off above the clouds where there is no air traffic at all. Scotland's pretty windy at the moment.

Exactly! I flew DJI once and was just in love with it! Max range of this drone is 10KM. I also started repairing DJI Mini 2 drones and it's amazing to see how much technology it got in place. You can actually buy cheap broken drones on eBay for about $100 and can fix it. Checkout my channel as I have shared some step-by-step instructions on how to repair it. Some of the videos aren't live yet but are scheduled so in next few weeks you will see some pretty cool videos where I shared how much I paid on eBay for drones and then parts from China including repair cost.

So glad I didn't but the potensic! I came in with some spare cash ,and went for the old mavic air.2 as my secondary to 4K! Parts are abuntant for the dji even when they stop making them. Respect out from Scotland. I will subscribe as I saw you wrote you fix them and get them running. May need advice in the future. 👍

You are 100% right about DJI and that's awesome to know you're from Scotland UK. My brother actually used to live in Edinburgh, then moved to Bristol. I also visited Edinburgh last year and what a heaven on earth especially when I visited the highlands :)

Thanks! In fact I replaced the 3 in 1 flexible ribbon cable in DJI mini 2 se today and will be editing that video shortly. Also another video on replacing middle shell/frame so replaced pretty much all components to new body so I guess you will get to see and learn some cool stuff.

It's pretty common and not sure why DJI makes such a big deal on unbound but yeah follow the process and they will un-bound it. I got many drones unbound so far :)

Incorrect! Repair doesn't mean replacement, if you bring any non-working device back to life is called repair. It could be as simple as soldering a wire or replacement or entire battery bank. As far as cells are concerned, not all cells require replacement when they are bad as some can be charged and some indeed require replacement. I do have other videos where cells are 0v and won't pickup charging, so checkout those videos if you want to see how replacement work.

There are things that can't be fixed 100%. I call this Fix because TV that belongs to trash is now can be used in garage or in kids room instead of junk.

In my opinion there are 2 ways, either go with the manufacturer battery or Chinese battery that you may need to modify to make it work, all depends on your skill set, comfort level and budget. It was over 2 years ago when I worked on that issue. Based on what I remember, the back piston side didn't came out, I ended up putting it back in car without any changes and filled brake oil. In my case problem lem was air in brake line, after I kept on pressing brake it finally worked since my brake cylinder was good but at least I was able to verify that.

In my case, I was able to connect to the drone via WiFi and was able to see things on the app. Didn't do anything special, it just showed up in WiFi list as soon as I turned-on the drone unless something is faulty with your buddy's drone.

@Xx_TheCuriousBrain_xX one more tip - if you buy it in Canada, open it up and get rid of the box before you re-enter the US. Have it tossed somewhere casually in your car and don't declare it, or you'll pay an extra $100 for importing a Chinese good. Ask me how i know, lol. Just act like you brought it with you and have another reason why you came to Canada for a short visit, like visiting a friend or something when they ask.

It's really hard to pinpoint one cause because many things work together to make the picture work. Bad t-con board can cause nothing on screen but based on model/brand, TVs are designed different ways, some doesn't have separate t-con board as main board does it all. So in that replacement of main board might help, maybe check the cables going to the screen..

Sounds like you did everything correctly! I don't think the temp sensor is bad, maybe just need BMS to reset? Press and hold the reset button (on battery pack) to see if that helps? Try to charge your power station using solar/DC port instead of AC port to see if that pick up charging.. Try to see if you can turn on the unit somehow and update the firmware if you can to see if that fix it.

@@Xx_TheCuriousBrain_xX Already tried to hold reset both on BMS motherboard and on the control panel with no success. I will try again via DC port. I cannot update as the BMS shuts down after few seconds.
