I know it well. In this picture it shows the wood plank sidewalk on the right, we used to drive there from VAFB to school shop. Loved shopping there in the 1960’s. The wood planks would thunk and knock as you walk & skipped. transporting you to another time, of folks that walk there before you.
I love the bubble
your AI needs to learn how to pronounce EE Cho Tah == Echota Mills where my mother worker and Great Aunt worked and ....

MY NAME IS BOAZ
I grew up in Monterey Park, having been born in 1950 and living there between 1954 and 1966. I can say with confidence there was not a diverse population at that time. East LA was predominately Hispanic as was Montebello and Watts was a predominately Black population. Monterey Park was strictly middle class white. Economic segregation was very much intact. The city did not have it's own school district, instead being split between Alhambra and Montebello. The video infers that Asians made up a significant portion of the population at this time and my school experience would refute that claim. Now, of course, this is true with the Shakey's Pizza parlor on Atlantic Blvd being about the only business I can still recognize from that era. Growing up there had it's pro's and con's, the pro's being it was a very safe experience and the con's being my unpreparedness for the reality of the diversity of the outside world. I don't believe Bella Vista elementary school had one black student my entire time there. Though this didn't result in me 'hating' Black people, my ignorance and lack of exposure did cause me to fear them which is also detrimental to personal growth. It took working a shipyard in Vallejo, California for me to realize racial and cultural stereotypes are not accurate on a personal level. People are people regardless of their race, creed, or color.
i love this
This is my town, I miss everyday !!
Where is the justice😮
As somebody who lives in Trenton Georgia I would like to say it might be a small town, but the people are very nice most of the time and it’s very beautiful
Florence and Garfield ❤
Thank you for putting this together. I've driven through Montreal a few times over the years, and it is obvious it was a company town. It has always impressed me with how well-kept the houses are.
I still don't believe he raped that bite. What she think was going to happen if she went to his room at 2 am PLAY CHECKERS
I think he’s a great person and boxer
A great place to grow up; small town values. I lived here from 1962-1981.
I love my hometown ❤ ♥
Born and raised in Jonesboro just 3 blocks from Main St.
It's funny the history word for word came from Wikipedia
No sadness...Abe gave you Government as you know it ..and nobody showed up to Abes second inauguration... NOBODY

Place is like florida in the heart of the inland empire, alot more skinheads at the main beach than one would think.
Born and raised in '93!
Nothing was gave away not for trade or sale!! Not a buy sale or trade post!!
A good place to get a inexpensive home and raise children.
Bright future my ass!

I live in the town not a very good town anymore
Love Shelton!!
You got 2 cities mixed up - Selma, California was NOT the site of the Civil Rights movement - that was Selma, Alabama - if you are going to post a Historical video please check the history first.
Only 863 views!?
I lived here when I was a kid my grandma still lives here
Please don’t buy here if you’re not from here. Thousands of new people are here from the mainland and have completely gentrified Big Island and it is now no longer recognizable. You don’t even know what AINA means!!!!
Born here 1978. Moved all around during my life, now in FL. Still think about Rushville a lot. Miss the small town vibe.
It’s not diverse. It’s 95 percent Asian. Home prices are out of reach for the average family. I know I have rented in this area for many years.
Considine Plains
My kin folk my mothers side gentry 😊
Us so called black people, we are the real Indians😭🪶🪶
Spokane River, Spokane Falls. Industries got diverse here. Good, more work in place. Mountains by the Spokane River, good.
Ok, Spokane tribe. Ok.
Delain tribe, ok, good more Indian tribes were around. How's the rez doing there. "Throat of the river", ok. What more you know about this treaty in June, 1871?
June 1,1871 I noticed in another video on this town, a treaty was made. It was a blonde head with long hair with glasses on the video.
Idaho Wood River Valley sounds nice. That's nice remarkable changes happened here. Drew Prospections, the ski resort, Ski Sun Valley, Union Pacific, I heard how you got a lot of mountains over there in Sun Valley, it was all mentioned in the beginning of this video. All these videos have been great and me getting more sharpen up here. This is has been great.
Warm Springs, also by Pocatello.
Robert Colman, an actor has a movie out, I see the sign on the cinema building. What was out at the time, this must still be on Classic turner.
I just heard from another video on Rexburg that A Peggy and Lawson had some forgotten pieces. There were buildings that forgot these pieces.
WoW.
Good, 1861 well established town.
That is great to hear how Porticello was high in railroad mining and now is good in enterprises now.
