    Thank you for this.. I had bad shoulder and went for deep tissue massage and left with nerve damage and pinched nerve in neck, the muscles went into spasm and hit nerve, the burning was awful and hardly no sleep for 6 weeks. I like the ball movements as area in arm etc is so tight. Can I do this say few mins three times a day? 🙏 is this video ok for pinched nerve in neck? 🙏

    Hi, thank you for treating this subject. There are not many on YT who make videos about the arm nerve pain, unfortunately. It limits mobility, and is quite annoying. Much love. Additionally, I think I have the golfer's or tennis elbow with a lot of pain concentrated on the small elbow bone.

      Of course, I understand. I have a pre existing injury from being rear ended at a red light. I did yoga and acupuncture to avoid surgery but the pinched nerve comes back now and then. Your videos are very relaxing, and sometimes I keep them on even if I'm not watching for relaxing background energy for your voice.@@fitYOGAfit

    Thanks a lot Natsumi for sharing and providing clear and illustrative exercises! I had jumper's knee for a few months. It has now disappeared after following all the steps for a couple of days, including the ones from Parts 2 and 3. I understand why and how these exercises contribute to ease the pain and, thus, reduce the inflammation by the ways the interconnected muscles are stretched, pressed, bended... I believe the cause of my knee issue was due to running long distances frequently. Now I can run free of knee pain. Thanks again and success!

You're absolutely right-navigating the wild world of RUclips ads can be a bit like trying to hold a one-legged downward dog in the middle of a busy street: unpredictable and sometimes a tad awkward! 😂 I wish I had a magic remote to control those ad moments, especially during such crucial stretching time.
