    • @karinadatascientist

      I don't think they have it at the moment. So what you can do, is to convert polars to pandas with df.to_pandas() and then do ProfileReport

      " I removed the coffee shots, as I cannot tell it is one shot for a cup or multiple shots for one cup" - this is very clever. If we had breakdown as it is in receipts and usually internal system have those details, we could know how many shots per cup. but this is Kaggle data, so we have what we have

    All fine, except that low kurtosis does not indicate a flatter peak, and high kurtosis does not indicate a sharper peak.

    • @karinadatascientist
      @karinadatascientist 10 дней назад

      well, kurtosis is about tails not peaks, so I agree with that. But platykurtic distribution has a flatter and wider peak than normal distribution

    • @peterwestfall6924
      @peterwestfall6924 10 дней назад

      Not true. Consider the beta(.5,1) distribution.

    • @karinadatascientist
      @karinadatascientist 10 дней назад

      @@peterwestfall6924 ok, this distribution has a relatively flat peak near 0 and a longer tail, so it has a flatter peak and a skewed shape compared to the sharp, symmetrical peak of the normal distribution.
