I hatched 300+ charmander eggs and i got 2 shinies and 1 6x31 only, extremely rare

Well actually when you try to get eevee you go to the house when the guy told us at silvent city when you try no eevee to get eevee you need to join the group noobed games and go back to the old guy and he will give it to you that's all bye😊

No not in this game only way to obtain eevee, is from the old man (as shown in video) or by trading for one in the trade resort

Best way is the old man. The only other way is to trade for one!
You can also breed a male eevee with a ditto for one, or a female eevee with any Pokemon from its egg group
