Bro, I saw your BTAS videos about Shadow of the Bat on Patreon. Again, it's not season 2 episode 29 and 30. Shadow of the Bat Part 1 and 2 are Season 3 episode 1 and 2.

This episode is a bit infamous for possibly having the most bizarrely drawn face for the Joker throughout the episode. Even though the animation on this episode was great, Joker's face looks unlike anything it has looked like before.

The friendship between Harley and Ivy proved to be such a popular addition to the animated continuity, it was also adapted into the comics continuity. They later would be written in a relationship in the comics.

The 2 female villains of Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy are not only the best friends, but dangerous for Batman to have trouble stopping alone. Even for Joker to be in the middle of it all, I almost feel sorry for Harley for putting up with Joker abusing her sometimes. Almost.

Appearently those kids and their seal are classic hanna barbara characters! And seal was even lot older scooby than doo! Blue falcon and dyno mutt present and johhny quest accounted for? Great!

Yeah it was nice seeing him but it felt kind of pointless because it seemed like he was there just as a gag to showcase that in this universe instead of being the world's deadliest assassin he's instead kinda incompetent. It doesn't help that the actual villain of the episode, Onomatopoeia, was used in an underwhelming way.

Mr. Mind is a Venusian worm that set his sights on Earth, a planet once ruled by his race before the first Ice Age. While most of the worms communicated by feeler, he seemed to have developed super powers and a yearning for conquest. He stowed away on the Magellan space probe and made it to Earth where he was called "Mr. Mind" by Dr. Sivana. Mind began to wear a miniaturized transmitter called a talk box so that lesser beings could hear his voice as he is a two inch worm.

Just thought about this since there’s a Weapon X facility cameo, there’s actually two animated movies set in the same universe as this show called “Hulk versus Thor” and “Hulk versus Wolverine”. I think they are supposed to take place before the event of the show, although admittedly, I think the only thing linking the series together are shared voice actors, and production team since the Animation style is completely different and they don’t really reference one all that much. Still, if you’re interested, it actually is a pretty decent watch. Plus, no spoilers, but there’s a lot of Wolverine related characters.

Interesting fact in the movies Caps shield is made just out of vibranium. In the comics its made out of a mix of vibranium and diffrent others metals. The exact formula was lost but result was called Proto-Adamantium and is basically the hardest metal on earth. Later people tried to recreate the metal from caps shield which lead to the creation of the adamantium we know.
