Looking to loose some parts on my 2018 dually, you able to help? Heading to Jacksonville for a 6 month work project maybe we can hook up? No paper trails
Lookin for one of my own. Plan on doing a full delete of everything including the EGR and DPF bullshit. I'm thinking a 4 to 4.5 inch straight pipe to dual smoke stacks outta the bed behind the cab. Have to research the best exhaust diameter for fuel efficiency and power gains.
@@nativeoutdoors1780 science dictates otherwise. Gases already want to go out and up and having smoke stacks does that perfectly. Why do you think semi trucks do that? Do you see a diesel locomotive doing that having a bunch of pipes going all over the place? My truck will be a 4 inch down straight out to 4.5 inch smoke stacks. This will help the motor breathe better once I fully delete it cuz f*ck communist emissions bullshit. I'm also eliminating the grid heater so I don't have to worry about the killer bolt that could happen. Only other thing I need to do is upgrade the transmission valve body for better capabilities.
@ChargerusPrime semis do that to clear your load so it doesn't get soot all over it. Why do semis have two smoke stacks? Shouldn't one do the job? Having two is for aesthetics, same with smoke stacks now days.
@@nativeoutdoors1780 completely INCORRECT. You know nothing about diesels. With a diesel engine, you have a VASTLY higher compression ratio than a gasoline engine, thus you need better air flow and to get that you need vacuum. A larger diameter exhaust is mandatory and having 2 different diameters of pipe creates just the right amount of vacuum to add extra horsepower and torque because the engine sucks more air in and forces the exhaust gases out more efficiently. Having 2 smoke stacks allows the exhaust gases to flow out at a MUCH higher rate and allows for slightly higher vacuum pressure to do so. It also has another benefit; lower exhaust gas temperatures which is also a major benefit for creating more power, also reduces overall wear and tear to an extant. And yes, it does keep soot off of loads, but there's FAR more than just that with smoke stacks. I plan to use my truck for hotshot work as well as better fuel economy which having better flow does in fact increase.
I live on acreage with gooseneck, boats, bumpers trailers, etc… with was a just an action shot from a local parking garage my man. If this weren’t the case your point would be valid lol.
Noticed that you're driving 60mph, I don't have the personal conviction to set the cruise control under 80mph lol. What tires, and gears does your truck have? Mine is a dually with stock (short) tires and 4.10 gears. So, my mileage SUCKS! Especially at 80
Umm… that’s a parking garage not batcave
Damn, mine doesn't work, I think I wired it right idk
I like how quiet it is almost as quiet as stock 😊
Lol! 😊
I missed the part where you were showing off the exhaust
Gorgeous
Bored… good thing the tow mirrors were out for the parking garage though 🙄
You do realize when they get flipped down they still stick out the same length you do realize this right
Put your tow mirrors away douch
Its a 6 cylinder, how is it a ( BEAST)? Haha
@@groman9664 what do you drive pal?
@@maskedupdiesel 2011 bmw x6m 😅
Gotcha ya
[by, doing this you have no back pressure and gain 70 to 80% more horsepower]👍
@@gerlandkent6377 cool are you a mechanic?
I couldn't get my '06 Dodge Ram 1-ton into that parking garage. There's no way I'd be able to clear the roof if he's barely making it out.
Small penis truck
I feel like my stock duramax is louder
Probably is buddy!
@@maskedupdiesel , that truck is not piped in the true sense.

Awesome gonna get mine soon
What a beast. One day I'm gonna have a dually. Too bad Toyota doesn't make a factory dually.

Sounds like a great build brother! I have been pleased with the raceme turner and, the five inch turbo back exhaust.
With a turbo diesel you not saving much anything with a 4 inch or 5 inch downpipe back, it's up pipes and down pipes that will change everything

Appreciate the support! Thanks brotha!
Does yours work when you remote start the truck if the emergency brake is set
Yes, it will it put the E- brake on prior to the remote start.
The hell you have a 3500 for if you live in a damn apartment. You don’t need that truck kid.

Is this a standard or high output Cummins? I’m looking at buying a 2012 with the HO that I plan to delete.
Standard Cummins my friend
Hat else do you have on your truck? Is it stock with that tuner?
Sup Jesse, I have the race me tuner, DPF exhaust delete with five inch turbo back straight pipe. Plus all led headlights and taillights.

The average is changing so fast its almost like you reset it and started coasting and it drops hard when any throttle is added
Makes a lot of sense. This guy seems like a jackass or could be a great guy who just doesn’t know any better
I appreciate you for enlightening us all on the definition of an average. I forgot Mopar guys know everything.
