It’s a great tent have you bought it just recently as the first few batches came out with thinner poles that they’ve been upgrading for thicker ones free of charge. They’ve just brought out a new LY1 tent that I’m fancying for winter as it’s got a bit more head room. Great camp 👍

Sometimes it's best to just stay in, have a pot noodle and a wank 😂. I've got the vern 1 too and the size is perfect. Nortent make all their tents bigger as it's all about time spent in it. The beauty of a tent like this is finding a good vantage point and facing the doors out to just sit there and get epic views rather than having to lie down cramped. Shame about the clag, but least it left the busiest place in Castleton a bit quieter!

Just a note from an old woodsman. Always be careful while camping under Beech trees, because their lower limbs die off as the tree grows and they become brittle. They then shed them in the slightest of storms. Next time you'e in a Beech wood just notice how many dead limbs there are round the base of the tree.

I had the same problem with the Gopro Hero 10, when it's cold the battery life becomes...short. The new batteries are slightly better (the white ones, the blue ones are the older gen), and I handle it by putting the Gopro inside the sleeping bag or in my inner jacket pocket when I'm not using it to keep it warmer. Sometimes I sleep with it inside the sleeping bag, as well. Great video though, guys, what a sunrise!
