Cayo Largo is a small resort island and there is an airport but as of now January 2025, direct flights to Cayo Largo del Sur, Cuba, are available from Canada and Italy. Sunwing Airlines operates flights from Montreal and Quebec City in Canada. Neos offers flights from Italy. They used to have flights from Argentina but not anymore, I believe. The locals told me that they get there by boat from Isla de la Juventud since most of them live there. From everywhere else, say like Brazil, you will have to flight to Havana and then get a domestic flight operated by Aerogaviota from Havana to Cayo Largo if you feeling adventurous.

@cageventures I'm from Brazil, which means it's a lot of work to get there. Unfortunately we'll only have to stay in Havana and Varadero. Thanks for the reply!

I agree, I have seen them 5 times and the best I've seen was at the Boston Opera House in 2007 back when Joe Pisapia was part of the band, the a cappella Jesus on the radio was amazing
