Too fast, British 8th is a SLOW style British march, written by an American. There is a nobility to it when played slowly. Leave the fast tempi to American marches (Sousa, Fillmore, King)

I remember playing Mahler's Finale in 1981. Of course it wasn't this arrangement, but I don't really hear much difference. Thanks for posting!
