Be careful Some packs will dq you because the wood width is not 1.75” at the wheels. Not all packs allow the shaving of front dominate steer Just letting everyone know

My son is a Eagle scout in his first year of college and for some reason I still want this jig.

Where Do I get jig?

All you need to go faster than everyone else is this jig!! Except if everyone else buys this jig, how will you beat them? Ooops. The sellers hope everyone buys this jig, but c'mon how hard is to make your own.

I am surprised at the low number of views on this product. I suggest getting the word Pinewood in the title. With this product you can certainly expect to be able to improve the wheels that come in the box with your pinewood derby kit. It is not advertised as a precision machining tool, but it does do a good job for a tool that is designed to be put into a drill motor. I am getting early results of wheels that are within about .004 thousandths of round, which is pretty good. I haven't used the chuck for working the inside of the wheel yet because our pack doesn't allow touching the inside, but for the 'family car' the rules are much looser, and I look forward to that chuck making the interior job much easier.
