My only issue is the the speed dial is chrome making gripping it slippy with greasy hands. I put masking tape on outer edge.

I have the 12k serenelife, its great although please tell me how to set it quieter as evennonnlow mode thrs hardly any difference innthe loudness of the noise!.. how do i make it as quiet as possible while still throwing out alittle hot air and replacing with cold air while i sleep?

After much research I bought a Giantex but mine is 22 lb wash. The spinner doesn't work out of the box. they told me how to fix it. It requires taking it apart. I am not able to do such a thing and what they said to do, I don't even know the terminology. I was so disappointed. Have you had to take yours apart?

After about 6 months of use, the fan is very noisy. And most of the lettering for "On/Off, Start etc" simply rubbed off and is no more. And I still have not figured out how to toast with it.

Wheels have threads but holes don't. How can you screw it in? Forcing in wheels may damage. Please advise.
