Saturday night fun | Elektron Model:Cycles
Casually sequenced some stuff in the morning and decided to record it at night. Found out the [track]+knob function I begin using around 1:08 is so killer for live performances as it controls all parameters tied to that knob across all tracks. To my knowledge, it's apparently a feature most Elektron boxes have.

The Beethoven classic performed utilizing the Wurlitzer patch on the Yamaha Reface CP via MIDI. Did you choose the tempo to coincide with the volume steps?
i'm not entirely sure how to answer, but i will try my best: if by "volume steps" you meant the dynamic markings like "p", "pp", "cresc.", and "decresc.", then i think that i naturally speed up and slow down just a little at different points based on the markings while attempting to return to the starting pulse. if you're talking about overall tempo, i made a much, much slower version with a regular piano sound (link in the video description). it is hard to say what is better or more "authentic" without deeper research; though, the two different tempos have a very different listening effect.

I also own the CP reface; I bought in mainly for the Wurlitzer patch. I also am a big fan of nocturne pieces. All that being said this is truely fantastic!
