The most common reason as to why people like to get in line early (I am one of them). Is to buy stuff first before anyone else does. Even if it's only 2 minutes. Lines get long. I went to this convention this year, and I was a red panda pass memeber. Getting in 30 minutes early saturday was a game changer for me personally.
