Versuch mal die Cinch-Kabel zum Reverb Tank zu tauschen, also ich meine, einfach an den jeweils anderen Anschluss - sollte bei Solid State-Schaltungen kein Problem sein und hilft manchmal gegen das Rever-Rauschen @@uniquetune0101

Unklar, ob das auch genau die richtigen Pins gewesen wären, die dann auf die Klinke geleitet werden.

Achso, oder es war gemeint, einen Adapter zu kaufen und den selbst zu verlöten. Ja, dann hätte ich mir aber auch einfach einen Fußschalter kaufen können und den direkt verkabeln. Wie es auch immer sei: So hatte ich alle Teile schon zuhause UND ich habe gelernt, wie so was grundsätzlich funktioniert. Das schlägt für mich "dann kann man Standard Sachen kaufen". Ich spiel mit dem Verstärker eh nicht live.

I am not sure if I understand correctly. Patroneo is a standalone sequencer program, running on JACK. It has nothing to do with the Ardour source code, and the concept of these two programs is very different on top of that.

@@Laborejo My point is simply that ardour has a terrible midi editor.

@@MDHaughton I don't have much experience with it, but if you dislike it you can use any jack-transport available program to handle your midi desires and use ardour as audio-recorder, mixer and plugin host. Most, if not all, linux audio sequencers are jack transport capable.

@@Laborejo I figured if it can sync to the jack transport it would integrate nicely. I honestly don't use midi much at all. But next time I do I might use your sequencer, looks pretty solid.

When programs, over time, don't work (properly) anymore. The program is unchanged, but the environment (libraries, OS etc.) changed gradually over time. From the outside it seems like the program itself is rotten now, like an old fruit.
