AND the static procs multiply based on the amount of champs with Shivs who assisted: 5 shivs = 270 magic damage * 5 = 1,350 magic damage on up to 6 subsequent targets. Sidenote: there's no listed cooldown on the takedown portion as opposed to the main shock. so theoretically, an ally killing a recently shocked target will cause an additional chain of lightning right away.
