For those who watch this in 2024 . Look for JDM klx250 ECU to solve 7500rpm ignition limit. It doesn't have this silly retard and offers normal power curve all the way to 10000 rpm. About 10-15% more peak power above 7500rpm.

Great all rounder motorcycle, I do a bit of freeway riding so I opted to reduce the rear sprocket by 2 teeth, just 300rpm less in the revs at 100 km/h. A little broader in the lower gears too 👍

Hey! I know you haven’t posted for awhile but I’ve been watching your klx videos. I just bought a 2018 klx250 and it had 60 miles on (now 350) it’s all stock mechanically and it just started to idle weird, when I start the bike it idles way over 2k rpms and will drop down to what the manual suggests, but definitely seems like it struggles and sounds like it almost wants to die occasionally but then will randomly surge to over 2k again for a little bit and then back down. I tested for an air leak and don’t think it’s that I’m a bit confused as this is my first bike and I don’t have any previous mechanical experience. Talked with a friend but he lives states away and also wasn’t sure but I’m thinking a sensor is bad maybe?! Idk really, any input or info would be appreciated thanks man!

Clickers man. Adjust them slow down that rebound turn the clickers 3-4 clicks in on rebound or you will keep deflecting

so why i had a check engin light when i have to remove all the connectors tps , injecter , hose ect and everything is good i tried to remove the error code so bad im tired my bike is sitting now because of that mod

Hey man! I bought my first bike a 2018 klx250 the digital camo one and taught myself to ride a few months back im wondering how you would convert it to a supermoto? Slap wheels on and call it a day or do you adjust the suspension or tweak anything else. I’m a newborn in the bike world pretty much and coming out of an almost 2 year medical battle of getting paralyzed from the neck down and finally was good enough to start living again. any input is appreciated 🤘
