I love Smartsound...in theory. But every-time I post a video using the music I get a copyright infraction. Then I have to go through a long dispute process to get the infraction removed. Smartsound should have all of this legwork already done and in place so the onus isn't on me to prove I'm using it legally. I've stopped using the product except for private purposes. It is essentially worthless if you post on the internet unless you have endless time to refute copyright claims. Get your ducks in a row.

Just dug up my ancient installation cds for Corel Lumiere and installing now (trying to) for the sake of using that which you've contributed to it: the Smart sound Wizard. Interestingly, it was only when I came across Adobe's Audition that I found anything like it. Not that I searched hard. Just happenstance kinda. Sooo, are you folks the ones behind Audition's ability to edit music/sound lengths the way it does?

Pinnacle Studio 23 already has a built-in feature like this and I'm just looking for additional sounds. Do you sell just the compatible music/sound library? It seems to me that the Sonicfire Pro 6 Plug-in is just a way to be able to access and buy sounds in the SmartSound online store. Why is it for sale? I can understand if its already bundled with some sounds/tracks to use.

Hi, in this year 2020 with SonicFire 6.4.6 & 5.6.0, is there a plugin (100% functional) for the latest Pinnacle Studio 24 (x64)? If I purchase the $29.95 plugin, to activate the Plugins within the SonicFire, how do I then activate the same plugin within Pinnacle Studio? Or are there still BUGs between PS and SmartSound in these latest versions? Thank you...

This happens to me all the time. I always challenge it and wait the 30 days for them to take the challenge down. Other companies are often lacking in integrity and do not respond. Rarely they do reject my defense and I have to go to the next level of proving I have paid to use the music. They, the other companies, will often put a claim on a video that is many years old. There should be some consequence for companies knowingly filing incorrect claims. Thank you, SmartSound, for the least challenged music on RUclips.

How lousy it looks as compared to the quicktracks plugin workflow in older versions of Corel Videostudio! You could change audio length inside the video editing app with a move of your mouse and Quick tracks adjusted the music automatically! What is shown here like back and forth to the Sonicfire then to the Premiere - looks like a huge step back in usability.

I wish you would work on the Premiere Pro CC Plugin. Sonicfire Pro freezes Premiere pro when adding tracks to a production and Premiere Pro has to be restarted to continue. Thank you for your continued excellence...

I notice you don't talk about the fact that half the tracks will be copyright struck on youtube because you don't own the exclusive rights. I gave up using smartsound because I was losing monetisation on my own work. Have you addressed that yet?

Toby wasted a minute from his wasteful life. For a really good zombie song, I recommend I'm Dead, which you can hear on The Prisoners' Songbook (Spotify, CD Baby etc). Maybe he could do something with it for next year. No need to rush.

can i use my own music theta lets say i download if for free end just use Sonicfire Pro to screw around just for fun . like decounteracting a full track end just make a mix by using elements from other songs

I click on the same buttons, take the icon for video for example, and it does not give me the drop down to add video. This tutorial is useless. Plus the screen is so black and the labels so small, I have to get within 3 inches to read what the labels are.

I watched this tutorial many times, and still useful whenever i need to remember something. Thanks Larry, thanks Sonicfire.
