Wheel change on my modified TS-PC Racer. This modification is permanent, I removed the "rapid release" and I replaced it with a 70mm PDC. My two TM wheel are also modified to fit the 70mm quick release. All is done in PLA. Il y a des solutions dans le commerce. Mais pour mon montage oui il faut les pièces que j'ai dessinés.

Is it fully 3d printed?
The adapter is full 3D printed but you need a 70mm basic quick release, three M4x20 hexagonal spacers, somes m3 to m5 screws.

Y a une vidéo du montage de 20 min sur la chaine. Et toutes infos et les fichiers sont sur le forum RFRO que j'ai mis en lien dans la description. La vidéo n'est plus a jour car j'ai du refaire un adaptateur plus solide pour la base mais ça ne change pas grand chose.

this looks very nice, can i ask why you made those two plastic forks to limit the travel in sequential mode? it wouldn't be cleaner to limit the travel in that "spring mechanism" at the center of the shaft where you screw that bolt in ?
@@Mkm0ka Space shouldn't be a problem here. It was quicker to mount it like this.
First of all, this is really cool, but how much was the total price for it like the electronics, lazer cutting, hardware
Laser cutting: 200€, Machining: 300€, electronic: 50€, then you need 3 d printed parts and general hardware. (screws, spacers, ball plungers, )

@@Lets_Race_Gaming don’t count on this guy lol he has been saying the same shit for a year now. This is way over sized for no reason and you can buy a better and nicer one for a lot less
Nice mechanical tactility. Is there the feeling of synchros?
Thank you. No it doesn't reproduce synchro. As far as I know the only sims that simulate the differents synchro is Iracing. So for now it's not my goal (I don't play IR). It more a coding job. Adding something like an electromagnetic brake shouldnt be too complicated.

Never. I did with my previous shifter which was less compact. This one is better designed.
Looks awesome. Been working on a very similar design and stumbled across this; thank you for posting, it's very helpful. What diameter shaft are you using for the main shift/selector rod?

Loved it ! It wont get anything in the way sooo its a win for me , i usually fight space for sequential h shifter and handbrake but with this h shifter setup should be no problemo , a very good build from my view 👍

Hellooo , super projet ça , ça deviens compliqué de trouver des artisans français qui se donne encore un peu de peine ça fais plaisir . Je suis entrain de rechercher activement un shifter en H et à part les anglais , y a rien qui tiens la route … tu pense commercialiser ton shifter ? Ça m’intéresse du coup ..
that looks like a much beefier and perhaps upgraded version of my Frex Shifter, which I love. I bet this feels great to use. The quality of your Test DIY shifter is better than most production shifters. I hope you can read this comment, thanks for sharing!

Hello. Not now. It need some improvement. I dont people to spend 500€ in machining and laser cutting and be disapointed.
