Begin in the Progression tab of the Funnel Overview. Notice which months have their SQA stage shaded in light lilac. This indicates a low conversion rate. Next, visit the Cohort tab to view data by time period and to see your active journeys. Finally, check out the Stage Analyzer tab to understand which campaigns had lower conversion rates in that time period.
