I assume you’ve patterned that thing bud? Also bill Jordan says he still misses turkeys lol. If you’re not flustered why do it. The main reason he said he missed was because his face wasn’t buried in the gun stock enough. Making him shoot high. Like others have said a red dot would work wonders.

Nice! Great video and hunt! Hope you get one in 2024 also. :) I also use the same kind of shot gun but with full choke. I use Remington nitro and it works well to forty yards.

It's simple really man. Number one if you're going to hunt with the decoy, keep your gun pointed in that direction. That's where you expect the bird to be when you pull the trigger, right? If you think you're going to swing on a bird and have it sit there and watch you do it well, you saw what happened. Number two. Your pattern is probably too tight. Which is a good thing if you're going to aim the gun like a rifle. But if you're swinging it and shooting, throwing a hail Mary in the air. Hoping you hit something tight. Patterns aren't the best. If you'd have your gun pointed at that decoy you'd have killed that turkey.
